If there is a problem with the product you purchased, or if you are not satisfied with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.

Unfortunately, there are times when we may not have the products you choose in stock, or have some issues with our inventory and quality control. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed of this in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased by online payment (not cash on delivery), you will be reimbursed once our team confirms your request.

We carry out a thorough quality control before processing the ordered item. We take the utmost care when packing the product. At the same time, we make sure that the packaging is good so that the items are not damaged during transportation. Please note that SPI Enterprise LLC is not responsible for damage caused to items during transit or shipping.

We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality of customer service:

  • We DO NOT allow returns of products sold, online or at points of sale.
  • We DO NOT accept returned products as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.

For international orders:

  • We do NOT accept changes or returns.
  • If you cancel the order before we process it and send it out for shipping, a refund may be processed. Orders typically take 1-2 days to process before shipping.
  • Orders that are already shipping cannot be returned, canceled or refunded.
